I live in Newton Aycliffe and became an Advanced Driving Instructor in 2007.
I decided to do my training when my wife was learning to drive and had some bad experiences with some instructors shouting at her.
I didn't think this was right and did my training whilst teaching my wife myself, she passed her test and I passed mine without any shouting or cross words.
I believe in quality, patient, relaxed and calm instruction, which is when a pupil responds and learns more.
I have a structured lesson syllabus covering on average 20 one and a half hour lessons.
This includes 3 mock tests and will take you from a complete novice (move off and stop ) to a qualified driver.
PLEASE NOTE: This is just a rough guide so, if someone with previous experience started learning with me, on the first lesson I would assess what level they were at in the first half hour and base the rest of the lessons planned around this.
